Ongoing Programs(Arcana Coelestia 8455) |
Sometimes, in the face of challenges at work or at home, the Lord’s Word can seem distant or powerless. The challenge that faces us seems so real that it’s hard to imagine the Word making a difference. That’s because the truths of the Word don’t affect us externally, like our daily problems. The truths of the Word touch us deep in our souls and transform us from the inside out. This is a far more powerful way to change us.
Doctrinal Class
Fridays, 7:30pm for class, at the Society Building with occasional dessert occasions at 6:30 or 7:00pm (please check the Bryn Athyn Post for information about dates of Dessert occasions).
Come to the Society Building on Friday evenings for class on a religious topic and occasional dessert occasions. The class (which some people come to without coming to the dessert) begins at 7:30pm and lasts about half an hour.
