Please accept our invitation to the “Landmarks in Lights” event at the Bryn Athyn Cathedral on Monday June 18th from 7 p.m. (Rain date June 20th). One evening each year the Bryn Athyn Cathedral, together with the other Historic District buildings will be awash with light. Consider starting your evening at the Bryn Athyn Cathedral, where an a cappella group of women will sing sacred musical selections from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m., followed by the strains of classical music throughout the grounds for the remainder of the evening. Throughout the evening, also please consider taking an elevator ride to the top of the Glencairn Museum’s 149-foot tower for a rare nighttime view of the Philadelphia skyline and surrounding area, while also visiting the newly-restored Cairnwood Garden House until 11 p.m. We look forward to seeing you.
